INFERNO: Firefighter Fitness Program

As a firefighter, one thing I noticed at each department is that we can get caught up with the schedule of our work, calls, and duties around the station. This causes us to neglect our own health as we focus on coming to the aid of others in need. This program spends training hours at the gym, in the station, and  some stamina work to go with it.
